Real-Time Visuals for a Live VJ Performance
For the Mercedes-Benz Pavilion at IAA Munich, I was invited by Mirko Borsche and Benny Roeder to create a live visual show that brought sound and image into real-time dialogue.
We developed a custom software system that translated the DJ set into AI-generated visuals, wild, dynamic, sometimes abstract, sometimes not, but always continuously evolving. Nothing was pre-rendered; the entire performance was created live through generative design and real time AI generated machine vision.
As the visuals unfolded across the architectural space, the atmosphere shifted. Visitors stopped, looked up, and stayed. The room filled with curiosity and delight — a shared moment powered by sound, light, and presence.
